As our companies has seen increased activity of development projects and turnkey contracts, we increasingly needed an easy and accessible platform to handle and exchange documents. We were looking for a project web solution, focused on basic needs and with an intuitive user interface for the sub contractors. We also aimed at saving money and time, when establishing and implementing the projects.

It is compulsory for general housing associations to use ICT for construction or renovation cases of a certain size. This according to ICT announcements 118 and 119. In AL2boligs building department, ICT is used on all cases. We lacked an alternative in the market that focused on the basic needs in relation to a project web solution, where the interface is also easy for all users. And at the same time, it is flexible to make the solution scalable in relation to our project needs. Economically we would also like to achieve a saving.
